For those of you who are a little tight on time, don’t know where to start, or just like the high intensity interval workouts that get your heart rate up and burn fat, Ignition is for you!

  • We utilize bodyweight movements like running, jumping and squatting combined with implements like medicine balls and kettlebells.
  • These cardio intensive classes are specifically designed to help you lose weight and tone up.
  • Month-to-month memberships. No contracts.
  • Tuesday and Thursday 6:45 PM and Friday 5:30 PM
  • Your job is to just show up and work hard – we’ll take care of everything else.
  • Being fit now is NOT a prerequisite for Ignition. You don’t have to be fit to start – You just have to start to be fit!
  • Our coaches will show you EVERYTHING you need to do to be successful, every step of the way.
