For those of you who are a little tight on time, don’t know where to start, or just like the high intensity interval workouts that get your heart rate up and burn fat, Ignition is for you!

We utilize bodyweight movements like running, jumping and squatting combined with implements like medicine balls and kettlebells.
These cardio intensive classes are specifically designed to help you lose weight and tone up.
Month-to-month memberships. No contracts.
Tuesday and Thursday 6:45 PM and Friday 5:30 PM
Your job is to just show up and work hard – we’ll take care of everything else.
Being fit now is NOT a prerequisite for Ignition. You don’t have to be fit to start – You just have to start to be fit!
Our coaches will show you EVERYTHING you need to do to be successful, every step of the way.
