I cannot say enough positive things about this gym. The owner, Chad, was extremely responsive and helpful in getting my relatively atypical situation sorted out (I was looking for a gym away from my normal residence). The space was clean, extremely well equipped, spacious, and I loved the outdoor racks. Also, the 24-hour access was a huge plus. I got in, hit my lifts, met some really nice people, and felt right at home immediately. Would give 10 stars if it would let me!

The facility is always clean and you can tell everyone who is part of the Crossfit Local family has so much love for their facility! The gym is always open for members and they have regular really fun events! I have been a member since January 2021 and I have enjoyed becoming a part of the family! This was my first organized experience with CrossFit, and I can’t say enough good things about the coaches, members, and quality of training. The community is so welcoming and supportive of you – regardless of your fitness level! The coaches always find a way for me to be successful in the workouts, even if it meant scaling back or replacing exercises due to my pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or arthritis. CrossFit Local goes above and beyond for its members!

Highly recommend Crossfit Local! The owners, coaches and members are all very welcoming and motivating. The gym is spacious, very clean and well organized. They also have a great outdoor space for the warmer months. There are members at every stage of fitness levels and they promote a very inclusive environment. All of the coaches are super knowledgable and never make you feel less than for needing extra help! The classes have beginner, intermediate and advanced options that are written out so there is no guesswork! They also have 2 showers for people on the go! I will definitely be back to visit when I’m in the area!

I never thought I would be one to join CrossFit. I didn’t want to be a muscled out, steroid-looking chic. But that is not what CrossFit is about at all. It’s about you facing your own insecurities and challenging yourself. I am now more confident because I am more fit – without the bulk. I can bench press and box jump and do things I never thought I would do. I have so far to go, but I want to thank CrossFit Local for helping me get to where I am. I would very strongly recommend CrossFit Local. The way they have handled the pandemic is stellar, and I feel safe knowing that they have done their best to follow social distancing and sterilization of equipment. I feel accepted and part of the family. If you are considering, just do it. Chad & Kelly will take care of you. I promise.
