So what can you expect in Row Club? Skills and drills for technique and a good old fashioned sweat sesh. Two coaches will be there with you so there’s tons of expertise floating around to help you improve from Day 1. You can catch this each Thursday at 7 AM.

For you cardio junkies who want a full hour to focus on building your endurance, class at 7 AM on Mondays is the place to be!
