Barbell Club

A highly specialized program designed to improve specific movements.

Are you a CrossFitter who wants to make strength gains? Are you a weightlifter or powerlifter who doesn’t need as much conditioning as our traditional CrossFit program?

Then, Barbell Club is for YOU!

CrossFit Local’s Barbell Club (BBC) combines Catalyst Athletics Olympic lifting with Wendler’s 531 strength program to give you barbell training with expert feedback on technique.

Schedule:

Wednesdays 7 AM
Thursdays 6 PM

Wednesdays will focus more on power lifting (squats, presses, deadlifts) while Thursdays will focus more on Olympic lifting (snatches, cleans, jerks). Come already warmed up, mobilized and ready to lift.

We also run Olympic Lifting and Powerlifting Programs for 4, 6 or 8 weeks on a continual basis throughout the year. Please contact Kelly for details!
