For those of you who are a little tight on time, don’t know where to start, or just like the high intensity interval workouts that get your heart rate up and burn fat, Ignition is for you!
In three classes a week, I engaged in fun, high intensity workouts that pushed me to my limit. Ignition became my happy place. We talked about how to be healthy and we held each other accountable. More importantly we laughed and had fun! I exceeded my fitness goals, felt better about myself and found me again!
It was through the encouragement of the coaches at Local that I started to finally believe in myself and now two years later, I feel like an athlete. What kept me consistent and motivated was focusing on ability and strength rather than looking for abs in the mirror.
All the focus is on getting stronger and feeling better which is such a healthy mindset to have.
