Yesterday’s intro question during Crossfit was “Why are you here?” In the moment I said “working on that bikini body” but the more I got to thinking about it, I was wrong. What I should have said is “to better myself and be happy/comfortable in my body”. Which brings me to my Transformation Tuesday post. Looking back to 7 years ago, I weighed my heaviest I have (185), I hated my body and how I looked. I body shamed myself everyday until one day I decided I was the only person who could change this so I started this thing called CrossFit hoping it would help. I put my everything into it, worked really hard, tried to eat healthier until I started feeling better. Fast forward to now and I’m down 40lbs and still going. I am finally feeling comfortable in my body and ready to see what else I can do. Don’t ever give up on yourself. Your body can stand almost anything, it’s your mind that you have to convince.
