Interested in express CrossFit?
Transmission is a half hour CrossFit class focused on warm up, mobility and the conditioning workout! It will be short and sweet (or sweaty). No strength portion, other than what’s provided in the workout.
For those of you who are a little tight on time or not as much into the lifting portion, you might like the Transmission classes. This can be a stand-alone membership or if you have a regular CrossFit membership, these can be used as one of your classes each week.
Tuesdays and Fridays 10:15 AM and 7 PM
