Training at CrossFit Local
CrossFit Local values highly personalized, consistent, and structured training. While we know that individuals benefit from a commitment to long term fitness, we require no minimum time commitment in order to join. Our members pay on a month-by-month basis. We believe that once you work with us for a month, the results from CrossFit speak for themselves. Come try us out for a FREE workout on Saturdays at 11 AM!

FOUNDATIONS
Standard Foundations
This is our 8-session introduction for new members that teaches the movements and intensity characteristic of CrossFit. Foundations must be completed prior to joining regular membership.
- $275: Standard Foundations Rate (includes a $75 deposit toward the first month of membership)
- $255: 10% discount for students, educators, police, military, firefighters, or starting with a buddy
Private Foundations
This is our 4-session option for those who would prefer one-on-one Foundations with a coach or whose schedule does not adapt to the regularly scheduled Foundations.
- $325: Private Foundations Rate (includes $75 deposit toward the first month of membership)
- $300: 10% discount for students, educators, police, military, firefighters
MEMBERSHIP
Unlimited Classes
- $160/month
Discounted Memberships (valid only on unlimited option)
- $144/month: 10% discount for students, educators, police, military, firefighters, OR joining with a buddy
- $432/quarter: 10% discount for 3-month up front payment on unlimited membership
- Referral Bonus: 25% discount on your next month if you refer someone who signs up for Foundations

Punchcard
- $150 for 10 classes. Must be used within 4 months of purchase.
- $50 for 5 classes (valid only for CrossFit UNC members). Must be used within 2 months of purchase.
