Schedule Your Free Intro Session

At CrossFit Local we start everyone off with a free intro session. This will allow you to get a chance to learn more about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. We will discuss our training methodology, history and specifics about our gym while laying the groundwork for beginning your CrossFit journey. During this session we’ll also explain how our classes are structured, and answer any questions you might have about our programs. We’ll even show you some of our basic movements and then you will complete our Baseline workout to test your abilities. The purpose is to help us serve you better by getting to know your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. Contact us for a free one-on-one intro session, scheduled at your convenience. It is by appointment only and is a prerequisite for taking a class. After your intro session, you can choose one of several membership options that give you access to our program and classes.
